Mainly used for filtering, intercepting, and screening floating particles and suspended substances in the pretreatment of combined drainage system overflow weirs, early rainwater overflow weirs in separated drainage system, overflow weirs in sedimentation tanks/regulating tanks, and urban and industrial wastewater.
The equipment is installed horizontally, with the water flow direction from bottom to top, ensuring that all screen bars are subjected to force simultaneously and the distribution of overflow capacity is uniform;
Adopting modular design and installation, multiple gap width, screen width and length options are available;
Hydraulic driven self-cleaning device, starting the slag cleaning process based on liquid level monitoring signals;
After the rainfall stops, the intercepted pollutants are automatically discharged into the sewage pipeline, or manual cleaning can be chosen;
The surface of the equipment is flat, walkable, and convenient for operation and maintenance;
The thin bars of the screen are bent to optimize water flow, and the back gap can prevent the blockages caused by floods or human damage (such as foreign object collisions,etc.);
Low head loss , the water flow velocity in the screen gap is less than or equal to 1.4m/s, and the flow load per unit area is about 500L/s·m2.
Note: The above models are standard modules with gap width of 4mm and 6mm, while other models are achieved through modular splicing; More sizes of models are customized according to non-standard requirements.
